Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney, a blogger who has brought much attention to the murder case against Karen Read and has advocated for her innocence, has purportedly turned himself in to police on a charge of assault and battery for an alleged Friday incident.“Attention: Aidan has been framed for A&B.
